Ancestral Healing

The Native Americans say that our male ancestors stand behind us on our right, and our female ancestors stand behind us on our left, and they are looking at us, saying "oh, maybe THIS will be the one who breaks the harmful family patterns". I definitely see myself as that person in my lineage. Also, since studying ancestral healing, I truly believe that we are our ancestors, that we follow a lineage from lifetime to lifetime.

 

Using different techniques, including genograms (plotting your ancestors as far back as you can remember and seeing how and where you fit in to your heritage), and elements of visualization and regression, you can heal not only yourself, but your lineage behind and ahead of you. This is VERY powerful work.
