Soul Sessions

Exploring past lives first hand is what a past-life regression affords you. It is among the most healing things you can do for yourself. A Soul Session always has elements of regression, but it can also be an experience you need to have, someone in spirit you need to connect with, or information that will help you on the next part of your journey. I create a safe environment for your exploration, and get into wherever you may be to help facilitate the information you need to have. I am often asked how you can prepare for a past life session - all you need to do is to give yourself permission to have the experience and be open to what comes from it. Sessions are about 90 min.
